to change the travel on an air u-turn, you have to open it all up and put in some rubber spacers basically.
It will void your warranty though if you buy a new pike

I actually just lowered my argyle to 80mm and only got to ride it once dir jumping before the snow. But i can say i really liked it. If you have a riot i'd encourage you to do it if you doing dirt and park.

caravanking wrote
Nov 18, 2008 at 15:58
you will have to cut the spring because if you dont it will put too much strain on the lower of the fork. cut off how much you want to lower it by not to how low you want it but im sure you know that Razz

caravanking wrote
Nov 18, 2008 at 15:04
i didnt cut down the spring on my dj3-i used the springs out of a dj3 07 which are shorter and used a shim to space it up so the spring was long enough(the shim is in the 07 dj3 which i cut down) did you measure the stanchion length because my mates gl's measure at 120-this is so the crown doesnt hit the seals
